Reservations

Rooms can only be reserved using a debit or credit card.

Check-in time

Check-in time is between 3pm & 5pm. Should you require a different check-in time, this will need to be by prior arrangement only.

Balance payments

Balance payments must be made on arrival by cash or Cheque supported by Cheque guarantee card. We can take credit card details for security of the deposit, but there will be a 5% charge for payment made by credit card.

Cancellation

Regrettably, a cancellation fee may be charged at the total rate of the duration of the stay unless the room is re-let. Please note for Christmas & New Year Bank holidays and special event weekends such as the Goodwood Revival Meeting and Festival of Speed there are no refunds.
